May help: Restless leg syndrome can be controlled relatively easily, and meds such as requip, mirapex, Neupro (rotigotine) patch, and Clonazepam may help. Some benefit by stretching their legs prior to getting into bed. It can be associated with ferritin abnormalities, kidney problems, and anemias, but may well present as a solitary sleep disorder. Best to see a neurologist and have this evaluated.
