A member asked:

Is it possible to shift your nose bone from a collision without causing bleeding, swelling or any pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not likely: An injury that would result in the shifting of the nasal bones would cause pain, swelling and usually bleeding and bruising. The nose is made up of cartilage and bone, both would require fracturing to change position. Fracturing is associated with pain and swelling.
