Food diary, stress: Some people have food triggers. Caffeine is one of them. Usually you need to be consistent with y our caffeine intake or try to come off caffeine completely. But not all of the sudden or you can get terrible headaches. Wine, beer and other alcohol can trigger migraines. Some people report cheese. But keep a diary and see if you can identify your triggers. Sleep and stress reduction needed.
