Yes: A normal semen analysis can involve several factors. According to the who (world health organization) normal volume of the semen is 1.5ml to 5ml. Other factors for successful conception have to be considered such as motility, concentration, morphology. Not to mention the female factors.

Yes: It can be enough depends on density of how much sperm in semen that is healthy and normal and has good motility.
