Ankylosing spondylit: Ankylosing spondylitis is an inherited condition associated with hla-b27 factor on cellular surfaces. It is more common in males, affects the lower back initially, can cause heart valve issues, and occasionally causes an internal eye inflammation termed uveitis which can be recurrent. Coordinate with your ophthalmologist and your rheumatologist.

Uveitis: You have hla-b27 uveitis and need agresdice therapy to avoid significant musculoskeletal and/or visual disability. You may need to consider systemic immunotherapy via a rheumatologist is you are having chronic joint and eye issues.
