Huh?: Don't even want to know, but not likely probably just have inflammation from the pepper spray causing your symptom.

Pepper Spray: Pepper spray (capsaicin spray) can cause significant inflammation of mucous membranes . I would not spray this toward genitalia as it contains compound that makes peppers really hot. This could be quite painful. I do not see how it would cause a kidney infection though.
