Yes, sometimes: Heat exhaustion symptoms can include: increased temperature, profuse sweating, pale skin that’s cool and damp to the touch, rapid and shallow breathing, headache; nausea, vomiting or diarrhea; dizziness, weakness or fainting, muscle cramps. Just having the runs (diarrhea), without other symptoms or being overheated, is more likely due to food causes or infectious causes.
