A member asked:

25 yrs old w/ skipped periods. sometimes 3 mon w/o one other times its 5. on bc pills i get them monthly. can i still conceive or is this abnormal?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Anovulation: When a woman skips periods this can indicate that she is not ovulation 13 times a year, but much less frequent. Chances to get pregnant in this situation are theoretically lower, but not zero.
