Contacts: Contacts are fine to use with birth control pills. It is not a problem.

No worries: I am not aware of any interactions between birth control pills and contact lenses. While it is true that estrogen/progesterone levels can affect the tear film, i would not worry about your oral contraceptive causing a problem with your contact lenses.
