Pulmonologist: You need to see a pulmonary disease specialist. How long has it been since you had the flu? It may just take more time. If you smoke (hopefully not), of course you must stop. You may have allergies that have been unmasked. You may have an anatomic obstruction like a bronchial polyp. Many possibilities.
