Benign vertigo: There are many possible causes for dizziness. The most common is benign positional vertigo, which is dizziness worsened by rapid shifts in head position. I'm glad your eyes check out, but that's just the start of the investigation. A good next step is an evaluation by an ear nose and throat (ENT) specialist.
