Depends - 1-30 Days: It can depend on a number of factors. For occasional users, thc can be detected from 1-2 days or up to a week. In chronic or heavy users, thc can be detected for 30 days, possibly longer.

Hard to say: You provide little information to go on. A single toke or two on single exposure may be out of your pee in 3 days. If you are heavily exposed as a regular user it may be a month or more. The THC attaches to your fat cells and re-enters the blood over time as it leaves, but only after you stop.
