Female?: You have a urethritis or cystitis. Inflammatory versus bacterial. Simple testing plus antibiotic will treat it very successfully. Avoid baths if you are very young. If male, see your doctor no matter how old you are.

Infection: Sounds like you have a urinary tract infection but since other things are possible check with your doctor.
