No, ....: There is no reason to say peeing after masturbation may cause some hurting. Of course, there has been no known study to specifically address the issues of your concern. So, in sum, it is okay to pee after masturbation. But if you have any concern, defer masturbation since it is nothing urgent or absolute or essential for life, but just for personal pleasure and preference.
