Ovulation: Ovulation occurs roughly two weeks after your menstrual period. Many women experience pain (mittleschmerz) at this time. Sperm will presumably have a better chance of finding their target during this time. There is some evidence to suggest, however, that the anxiety about becoming pregnant may in some way diminish the chances. Just relax and enjoy frequent contact.
