Raw shellfish: Avoid any shellfish that are raw or undercooked. Do not eat any shellfish harvested during a red tide or when there are similar algae problems. Avoid any fish or shellfish that are obtained from areas near industrial pollution. Avoid smoked seafood. Avoid mecury. Fish with very high potential mercury levels: shark, swordfish, marlin & king mackerel, big eye & ahi tuna & orange roughy. & tilefish.
