Possible nerve prob: Pain and numbness in fingers can be caused by nerve irritation/damage that can start in your spinal cord or further down- special test called nerve conduction can be done to evaluate. There are many other causes that include certain infections, vitamin deficiencies, thyroid disease etc. Also, poor circulation or a vascular condition called raynauds phenomenon can be source. Go see doctor.

What medical : Problems do you have? Numbness may be neuropathy.....Do you have diabetes? Do you have back pain? You may have herniated disc or radiculopathy...See a doctor for a complee history and physical.
