No: Plan b has nothing to do with it. If the condom broke only 1 day after your period ended, it is very unlikely that you ovulated. So adding Plan B to that makes it practically impossible.

Low risk: The timing of sexual intercourse combined with use of Plan B (if taken within 72 hours) makes pregnancy risk very low.
