i am a 42 year old woman mother of identical twins naturally conceived my last period was on july the 24th i had unprotected sex on august 4th did not get my period aroun the days i was supposed to slightly irregular could be off by 2 5 days mostly 2days

Take a test: Take a home pregnancy test. They are accurate, valid and reliable if done correctly.

Agree with Dr. S: If you miss your period by 4-5 days, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
