Allergic reaction: The itch can be due to a yeast infection secondary to taking the amoxicillin. The itchy red bumps can be signs of an allergic reaction to the medication. Show it to your doctor and stop taking the medicine until you do.

Seems likely: But without examination impossible to tell what this is. You can obtain otc treatment for yeast vaginitis from your pharmacist. The rash on your abdomen may be part of the yeast infection or possibly an allergic reaction to amoxicillin. Stop the amoxicillin, treat the vaginitis and if not better soon see a doctor.
