Hard to say: Losing your baby belly can be a challenge when you have so much else to do with your new baby. Getting on and sticking to an exercise regimen is probably the best approach - and is good for you too.

A couple of things: As for the baby belly, you should try pinching your abdominal skin between your fingers. If your fingers are not too far apart, then you may just have loose skin. If you have a lot of fat, then diet and exercise are your first steps (cut down on the carbohydrates). If you have loose skin or a bulge from weak muscles, see an experienced plastic surgeon for a possible tummy tuck. Be well.
