Laser or chemical: Hair growth on the dorsal hand is normal with more or less based on genetic traits. To remove the hair with laser may take multiple sessions and can leave little discolorations. A chemical or wax removes hair but also affects the surrounding skin, not just the follicles. This can risk a chemical burn as well. A burned hand can develop a claw-like position, be painful, and not be able to grasp.
