Yes, can be: Depersonalization is the feeling of being detached from yourself. Most people have transient experiences like this at times -- but when repeated/continuous, a disorder is present. Did includes such feelings, but also there are 2 or more distinct identities that perceive the world in different ways. Please share your concerns with your therapist, as diagnosis of either condition is challenging.
