Doctor can evaluate: If such symptoms are truly obvious to the patient, he should keep a diary on a calendar and write down the symptoms, including when they happen, how severe they are, what meds help, what activities preceded them (and by how many minutes or hours), how long the symptoms last, what worsens symptoms, what else happened that day, what foods or meds were eaten, etc... And review with his doctor.
