Yes.: Anyone can have low blood pressure if they are healthy, and don't abuse their health. But if you smoke, etc. Aside from the risk of cancer, you become at risk for heart disease and high bp, especially if you start early. Conversely, if you stop smoking, your risk for cancer, heart disease, and high BP goes down. Thus, it would be wise not to start smoking and save yourself a lot of trouble.
