Many causes...: Gall bladder disease , ulcer in the stomach or duodenum and gastritis are possible causes. Heart disease should be considered and further testing may be required based upon the type of chest pain and other risk factors. It is important to see your doctor about these symptoms.

May be esophagitis: You possibly have either a esophageal problem, or peptic ulcer disease or gall bladder disease. So get checked out.
