Hard to believe : At "5 weeks" of pregnancy, you are just one week past your missed period. You have a 3 week-old embryo, which is about 1/5 inch long and weighs less than a gram. Your HCG urine pregnancy number is likely from 1000-10, 000 and Progesterone level around 15. You may have symptoms of breast tenderness and nausea but as for "showing" ...There's not much to "show." close friends may guess, though.
