Jock Itch: Not seeing a rash, does not mean you could not have an infection. Fungal/yeast infection is very common in the scrotal and anal area. The genital and rectal areas tend to be warmer in temp and more humid, which enhances the ability of fungus to grow. Keeping the area dry, avoiding tight clothing, using hypoallergenic cleaning products, and applying lotrimin/cortaid otc may help. If not, call md.
