Endoscopic cts: If by 'cts' you mean carpal tunnel surgery, then you should see your surgeon asap, because these symptoms suggest damage to the median nerve, possibly from an expanding hematoma.

Could be: Sometimes as the nerve " wakes up" these sensations are common. Just tell your doc at your f/u visit.
