I have pain in my toe joints on my left foot when i flex my toes up and down. i also have numbness on the bottoms of my toes on both feet.?

I would : Get an x-ray of the joint bothering you. The numbness is a separate problem that you need to be worked up for. This neuropathy can be caused by a variety of conditions.
