Always a chance but.: Anytime you are having intercourse the possibility of pregnancy exists. Take an over the counter test anytime you are worried. If you are on NuvaRing then you are not 9 days post ovulation because ovualtion is blocked by NuvaRing making pregnancy unlikely.
