Ovulation with out any medical test is it possisble to know that i am ovulating or not?

NO : If you want to know if you are ovulating instead of just trying to get pg, or not, otc or a doctors kit is the only way to truly know.

Regular periods: Regular periods are a sign of regular ovulation. You can do basal body temperature (bbt) to confirm that you're ovulating, but an ovulation predictor kit (opk) is a better test as it goes positive before you ovulate (bbt rises after you ovulate). If you have regular cycles you can check an OPK at home starting on day 10. If you're irregular, or ovulating but not getting pregnant, see a rei doctor.
