Regular periods: Regular periods are a sign of regular ovulation. You can do basal body temperature (bbt) to confirm that you're ovulating, but an ovulation predictor kit (opk) is a better test as it goes positive before you ovulate (bbt rises after you ovulate). If you have regular cycles you can check an OPK at home starting on day 10. If you're irregular, or ovulating but not getting pregnant, see a rei doctor.
