Unlikely: Chest pains: a number of diagnoses. For chest pains of a cardiac origin: mostly exertional chest pressure, chest tightness lasting for 10-15 minutes and resolving at rest or with nitro, cold radiate to the left arm or jaw, mostly substernal on the lest side of the chest. Defintely need to see your doctor and have a stress test to begin with. Best of luck.
