Yes: Serious illness often disrupts the menstrual cycle. Get a home pregnancy kit just to be sure.

Late menses: It is possible your hormonal cycles were disrupted a bit by the stone removal procedure; this does happen; you can wait it out or let your GYN know in case pregnancy is possible or in case a hormone manipulation is needed for you.
