Symptoms include....: ....Pain with urination, frequent urination, incomplete urination, bladder pain, kidney pain, fever, vomiting, etc.. Treatment includes urine culture to find out what the germ is, antibiotics to kill the germ, fluids to flush out the urinary tract, and sometimes an investigation to find out why the urinary tract got infected to begin with.
