Soak: Soak it every day (when not wearing it) for one week in a mild bleach solution ( 1tbsp bleach in a glass of water).Rinse thoroughly before putting it back in your mouth. Also remember to treat your oral thrush appropriately.

Soak in mouthwash: That is the easiest solution. In some cases you may need a prescription for an anti fungal solution. Don't worry, though, you naturally have candida in your mouth so you can never fully eliminate it.

Wash it with some: Dish washing soap. Make sure use very very tiny bit and rinse it very well after. Consult your health doctor may be is a good idea you taking some probiotic.
