See below: Leptospirosis causes a self limited systemic illness in 90% of infections with fever, chills, muscle aches, nausia vomitting and cough. It can also cause an aseptic meningitis. A severe potentially fatal illness has remal failure, liver failure, pneumonia and hemorrhage.
