Has anyone found a cure for motor neuron diseases yet?

Not so far: There is a lot of research and the finding of a mutation of copper/zinc superoxide dismutase may guide our search, but currently, the sole drug on market is riluzole, which may delay tracheostomy, but other than supportive and palliative care, that is all.
