Not legally: Nutritional supplements (fish oil) and herbal remedies (st johns wort) are available online, or in person, without a prescription. But prescription antidepressants obviously require a prescription according to us law. Vendors in foreign countries sell them online, but it is illegal for an american to buy or import these products without a prescription.
