Possible: Peritoneal dialysis usually requires the patient to not have had surgery in their abdominal area. With a urostomy bag, the usual placement of a pd catheter might prove difficult. However you might be able to have the pd catheter placed near you chest area. You should consult your vascular surgeon to see if he/she can place the catheter there.
