Can full contacts lenses cover spots on the eyeball?

No: Ordinary contact lenses circulate over the cornea and do not reach the eyeball. However there are optometrists who can fit you with a custom lens (specially created) that can sometimes reach a larger circumference. These are extremely expensive and a contact lens that is very big (>18mm) may be very uncomfortable and may not cover the specific area all the time as all lenses must move.

Contact lenses: Most soft contact lenses are approximately 14 mm in diameter. They cover the clear part of the eye but very little of the white of the eye. Some hard contact lenses are up to 19 mm or larger but they are very expensive and can be uncomfortable. I would recommend seeing an eye doctor to determine what the red spots are and possibly have them removed.
