Pretty Effective: All of the standard nsaid's are fairly effective for menstrual cramps. This would not be my choice of an NSAID for this indication as i believe that it has more GI side effects. You might consider Ibuprofen or naproxen. All of these meds should be used cautiously as they can cause GI ulcers. Probably should have to take for more than 4 or 5 days. If you need them for more than this, see your dr.
