Variety: Diffuse body pain in all 4 quadrants may be due to fibromyalgia. If a problem in the limbs alone, could be initial sign of peripheral neuropathy. Some hereditary muscle diseases can cause pain on exertion in the limbs. Very rarely, a complex regional pain syndrome may generalize. Need to sort out with your doctor's exam.
