NO: Unless you get a pelvic infection from it or you had a large cyst that ruptured and you had complications from that or you used some kind of abnormal object that gave u an infection, but just from rough sex- n, but at your age 48 u may already be infertile due to yiur age, if u want to get pg u need a workup right away as you may not have any or much ovarian function left.
