Rx: Acne this severe usually requires both a topical agent such as Clindamycin perhaps with a retinoic acid derivative, and an oral antibiotic that's right for the patient. Cystic acne deserves the big guns that only a dermatologist can use. This is the 21st century and you don't have to be like this if you do not want to. Good luck.
