Several Rxs!: Avoid narcotics, if possible. You should try a full dose of an nsaid, if possible! other options are cymbalta (duloxetine). I have had very good results with it! it works for many types of arthritis, as well as neuropathy & is not controlled substance. Finally, inflammation should be r/o by getting a crp!
