No: Swimming in your contact lenses is not a good idea. Firstly, it increases the chances of a sight threatening infection. Secondly, the water will cause the lens to tighten resulting in dryness and irritation. Thirdly, there is a chance you'll lose the lenses. Swimming with lenses in should be avoided if possible and only done with goggles when necessary. Prescription goggles are available.
