A sweet imposter: Although diet soda has no caloric value by itself, the sweet taste from it and caffeine are often addicting. Drinking diet soda/juices teaches your body to like sweet and when u don't have it, u tend to snack on sweet junk-foods, which are big wt gainers. Also, soda binds iron and calcium in your stomache/intestine contributing to anemia and thinning bones. Consult doc. Good luck.
