What could cause frequent nose bleeds?

Nosebleeds: Some of the causes of frequent nosebleeds include constant exposure to dry air, consistent use of nasal sprays (for allergies or congestion), recurrent upper respiratory tract infections, and snorting drugs, such as cocaine. Sometimes, recurrent nosebleeds can indicate an underlying bleeding disorder.
