Coincidence: No scientific data supports your suspicion if ovulation makes anyone more susceptible to uti/cystitis. Sexual activity does increase the chance to get cystitis in women.

?Coincidence: Is there something you do shortly before ovulating that might lead to uti. Check previous answers relating to UTI causes.
